The New Holland Aquatic Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of NHAC to offer age and ability specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

 The times listed below are the updated times for the 2016-2017 season.

.In addition to the below team dues there will be a $70 US Swimming registration fee.  This is a fee that covers all of the swimmers with insurance and allows them to swim at the meets.  To be on the team this is required.

Red Team

The focus of the Red Team is to continue to develop stroke mechanics in all four strokes while beginning to swim longer distances in practice.  This group is for swimmers ages 6-10 who can swim 3-4 strokes legally, but still need to refine their strokes. This year this group is a combination of last year's White group and Red group.

Cost - $525

Silver Team

The focus of the Silver Team is to continue to refine stroke mechanics and implement appropriate training methods.  This group is for swimmers ages 10-13 and over who are ready to swim about 3,000- 4,000 yards in a practice. 

Cost - $650

Black Team

The purpose of the Black Team is  to train the more serious older swimmer.  This group is for the swimmer that can swim all 4 stroke legally.  Swimmers in this group need to be dedicated to the sport of swimming and be prepared to train at a more intense level. Dry land Practices are before the pool time. Swimmers should be ready to swim approximately 6,000 yards per practice
